Orders & Shipping


SHIPPING POLICY
We ship worldwide. Please allow 2-5 Business days for orders to be processed before it ships. During sales and holidays allow 7-10 business days for processing before shipment. Tracking information is automatically sent to the email address you provide at checkout. If you do not receive tracking information within 1-2 business days after the above processing time, please check your span folder. We charge flat rate shipping fees. They are NOT based on weight, destination, and method. Complications with delivery are rare, but please contact the shipping carrier to handle these issues. Once the shipment has left our facilities, we are unable to offer assistance. WE GRIND APPAREL IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DELAYS CAUSED BY THE POST OFFICE OR LOST PACKAGES DUE TO ADDRESS ERRORS.

PRE-ORDER
All items marked "pre-order" are fulfilled and shipped within 2-3 weeks of your original purchase date.

PLEASE NOTE* if you have purchased non pre-order items with your order, all products will ship with your pre-order items.

DUTIES AND TAXES

Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and will be due at the time of delivery. If you do not pay the fees, your package will be returned to WE GRIND Apparel and we will refund the cost of the order excluding shipping.

WHEN WILL I BE CHARGED:

You will be charged when you place your order. All successfully placed orders will receive an email confirmation of the charges. 

WHERE IS MY ORDER:

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped. If you have not received an update after two consecutive weeks, please email team@wegrindapparel.com.

WHAT IS A PRE-ORDER AND WHEN WILL IT SHIP:

Occasionally, we will list an item for sale before the manufacturing process is finished. All pre-order items will be named as such and include an anticipated shipping window.

CAN I CHANGE/CANCEL MY ORDER:

Once an order has been placed, we are unable to modify the items in the order. Please make sure all of your information is correct before placing your order. If you have any questions, reach out to us on our contact form or email team@wegrindapparel.com.

WHERE CAN I FIND MY TRACKING:

We will email you the tracking number for your package once it leaves our warehouse.

WHERE DO YOU SHIP:

We currently ship Worldwide.

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST:

We charge flat rate shipping fees. They are NOT based on weight, destination, and method.

WILL I HAVE TO PAY FOR CUSTOMS FEES AND IMPORT DUTIES ON INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS:

Any import duties and taxes are charged once the package has reached the destination country and these charges must be paid by the recipient of the package. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges as customs policies vary from country to country. If you have questions related to customs charges, we advise you to contact your local customs office.

WHERE’S MY PACKAGE:

If your package has not been delivered and it is beyond the estimated shipping time from the carrier (USPS, FEDEX, UPS) Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do but wait. We recommend contacting the courier directly. Sometimes USPS, Fedex, and UPS have shipping delays beyond our control.

IF YOU NO LONGER WANT TO KEEP YOUR ORDER BECAUSE OF THIS DELAY, ONCE YOU RECEIVE YOUR ORDER, YOU CAN START A RETURN HERE:

WRONG ITEM SENT OR MISSING ITEM:

If we sent you the wrong item, or forgot an item in your order please send us pictures of the incorrect package/item and let us know which item from your order is missing/wrong and we will follow up.

TRACKING SAYS MY PACKAGE WAS DELIVERED BUT NEVER RECEIVED IT:

In the rare case that your tracking information shows "delivered" to your address, but you never received your package, we ask that you file a "lost" package claim with USPS.

Once you have filed a claim, email us the claim number and we will follow up with USPS.

WHAT IF MY PACKAGE GOT RETURNED TO SENDER:

If your package has been returned to the sender (WE GRIND Apparel), we may be able to issue a replacement depending on inventory availability or provide a refund if inventory is not available. Unfortunately, we are unable to re ship any returned packages at this time. If you think your package has been returned to sender, but we have not contacted you, let us know by submitting a ticket using our contact form.
