RETURN POLICY

We stand behind the quality of every product we sell. Therefore, if you are unsatisfied with your purchase from we grind, you can return it for a refund, size exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. We offer free returns for size exchanges. A small restocking fee will be applied to returns.

RETURN CONDITIONS

Products must be unwashed and unworn with original tags.

Items must be returned in the condition they were packaged and sent. Items covered in animal/human hair will not be accepted. Items that smell like they have been washed will not be accepted. Items that smell like smoke, cologne, or have deodorant markings or other stains will not be accepted.

All items with a ‘final sale’ notification are final and no exchanges or returns will be accepted on final sale items.

HOW DO I START A RETURN/EXCHANGE: 
Please submit a return or exchange request at our returns & exchanges center. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label to return your item for a refund or exchange. If you are returning a product, we will refund you the price of the original order excluding shipping within 7-14 business days after we receive the product in returnable condition at our warehouse. If you are exchanging a product we will issue you the item(s) you requested within 7-14 business days after we receive the product in exchangeable condition at our warehouse.

WHAT IS THE STATUS OF MY RETURN/EXCHANGE:
If you have already gone through our return/exchange online process and you have shipped your items back to us, once we receive the products at our warehouse, please allow 5-7 business days for your return/exchange to be processed.

To speed this process up, you can email us your tracking number to show that it has arrived at our warehouse, and we will make sure to process your return/exchange.
